LEAD FOLLOW-UP

Every new lead gets an answer, even when you can’t pick up.

Calls, voicemails and web forms get a reply in your words within minutes, then follow-ups on a schedule you set, nights and weekends included, until the lead books or tells you no.

THE JOB TODAY

Leads reach you at the moment you can’t answer

A call comes in while you’re up a ladder or across the table from a customer, so it goes to voicemail. A web form lands Friday night under a vendor invoice. By the time you call back, they’ve hired whoever answered first, and you never see the job you lost.

WHAT WE AUTOMATE

A reply in minutes and a follow-up schedule that holds

Answer, route, follow up

Each call, voicemail and form fill gets logged and answered within minutes in wording you approved, then routed to you or whoever handles that kind of work. Leads who go quiet get the follow-ups you wrote, on dates you set, until they book or close out.

Chasing your own voicemail

You stop digging through voicemail at night to work out who called and what they wanted. You stop carrying the lead list in your head and losing the Friday night inquiry to whoever answered on Saturday morning.

HOW WE INSTALL IT

Four steps, and you’re never locked out of your own systems.

  1. A free discovery call, where you walk us through a normal week.
  2. A written plan: exactly what we’ll build and in what order, credited in full toward setup if you move forward.$500written plan, credited toward setup
  3. Build: we build it inside the accounts you already use, QuickBooks, email, your calendar.
  4. Go live. You review what matters, and we run the rest.

WORKS WITH

Runs on your number, your inbox and your calendar

Replies go out from your own business phone number and your Gmail or Outlook, and booked calls land on your Google or Outlook Calendar. If you track leads in JobTread, new ones go there instead of into a second list.

FAQ

What owners ask before handing over leads

What does the first reply say?
Whatever you approve. You write or sign off on the wording of the first reply and every follow-up before anything goes live, so it sounds like your company. A good first reply says who you are, that you got the message, and when you’ll call. It goes out from your number and your email, not a service the caller has never heard of.
What happens when a lead texts back with a real question?
It comes to you, or to whoever you assigned, with the conversation so far. The system handles the first reply and the reminders, and a question about price, scope or timing goes to a person. You decide on the call which replies it can send on its own and which ones wait for you.
How does it tell a new lead from a vendor calling?
On the call we agree on what counts as a lead: your web form, the inbox where inquiries land, and calls or texts from numbers you don’t know. Numbers you already work with stay out of the follow-up. Anything it can’t place comes to you to sort.
When does it stop following up?
When the lead books, turns you down, or reaches the last message in the sequence you set. A lead who asks to stop hears nothing more. Every lead ends with a status, so a cold one gets closed on purpose instead of forgotten.
